Our team of professional personal trainers is on hand to help you keep fit during your holiday; there is also a host of aerobic, yoga, Pilates, and other classes to choose from. The gym comes fitted with steam rooms, sauna and plunge pools for the adventurous.

YOGA

PILATES
A form of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates, Pilates emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness, which in turn supports efficient and graceful movement, improved posture and better spinal alignment. 

ZUMBA
Ditch the workout. Join the party. Zumba is the latest fitness craze that fuses hypnotic Latin American rhythms and easy to follow moves to create an addictive aerobic fitness program that's only a good workout but a great time.

CYCLE
A 45-minute bike ride through some of the most challenging terrain without even leaving the studio. Set to pumping bass line, this class is one of the best calories burners. 

BOOT CAMP
60-minute cardio and body weight exercise focused session of high intensity, calorie burning fun. Run from our private grass lawns and beach. 

SCULPT
Michelangelo took about three years to sculpt the statue of David. Happily, sculpting your body shouldn't take nearly that long. Sculpt is a high intensity circuit style class that targets problem areas and focuses on improving strength and accelerating fat loss for a toned and sculpted look.
